Well it's been well over a year since i've written anything..
let alone went to this website, but.. what can ya do?

I got no art to update.. my drawing slump has been in effect for well over a year..
not to mention a whole lot of stuff going on in my life.. and what i'm about to retell is what happened last night XD

Over a week ago, my dad stumbled across a baby bunny nest in our front yard, and they hadn't opened there eyes yet! it was so cute.. they were about 4 inches long and they didn't have their eyes opened yet!

Well, as we monitored them throughout the past week, we found that they started moving more and some started opening their eyes. Uber cute; and i'd take one if they weren't already a family.


anyways; enough of the preliminaries; the main story starts here:

The Main foyer of my house smelled like skunk after 12 am, and we wondered what it was. Coincidentally, my brother went to pick up my dad from a nearby plaza at like.. 1-2 am? something like that and as he left the house, he called me (btw i was in my room) and was like "The mother bunny just chased a skunk away, and now the mom is on our neighbor's driveway" which, after hearing it, my reaction was "LOL!"

Shortly after, i tell my sis the same story and then we both go outside to look. Lo and behold, the rabbit was on the other driveway. We went towards the bunny nest that was under a bush, and all the babies were gone! Not to mention that the place also reeked of skunk.
The mommy rabbit was just standing there.. completely stationary and probably stunned at the fact that there was a skunk.. i mean i was too.
So as my sis and i were heading back in, my sis tells me to turn on my cellphone flashlight to look in the other bushes to look for the rabbits.. but to no avail. Quite soon after, the skunk shows up again near the mommy rabbit and then starts chasing it around; and the mommy bunny goes away to one side, powerless to defend her babies; or whatever the skunk was looking for.
So then the skunk goes to the bunny nest (well, where they were) and then i was like "SHIT!" Considering i didn't wanna get sprayed or anything.. i just stood from like 2 metres away.
Trying to scare it off, i try making like lion noises in the middle of the night XD and then i shone my light on it and it ran off; i felt so proud of defending the nest, but that's all i could do.

So afterwards, i went back inside and on the computer to research if skunks ate bunnies XD
i find that they eat small rodents, but usually only after it's already been mangled or killed by something else. After, i smell my pjs and it reeks of skunk.. i ask my sis and bro, and they agreed too. it was then that i realized that i had gotten sprayed by a skunk.
never thought it would happen! but it did. i told my bro the story, and he's like "it's possibly you got sprayed.. skunks have a 5-10ft spray range" .. which was where i stood.

But it was cool, i changed.. still smelled like a skunk, so i did the classic mythbusters solution: Shower/bathe in tomato juice.
i didnt have any tomato juice, but i had V8 so i used that instead.
went into the shower with a can of V8.. started drinking it sloppily until it dripped everywhere..
and then rubbing it on ym body XD it was GREAT fun; then i poured the rest on my head and let it rinse off. it was cool, it was like showering in blood XD

Afterwards (after drinking/showering myself in V8) i get nice and cleaned up.. and i realize that my skin is smoother! XD i ask my sis for verification and she agreed

So note to self: take more V8 showers XD

but yeah that's about it.. after my shower i noticed my bro and sis both on wiki trying to see if skunks eat rabbits, but i couldn't stand it any longer.. so i slept. We checked them this morning but the bunnies were still gone.. im guessing they're in another bush somewhere.. but until we find them again, i'm gonna kill that skunk. XD
